What are the NOW Reflection Groups?

FOR EVERYONE

NOW Reflection Groups are a small community made up of diverse people working in different capacities, places and expertise levels, who want to develop themselves in some way.

COMMUNITY

We connect online to discuss common challenges, inspire and learn from one another, support each others' development, and expand our knowledge on issues, methods, and strategies.

SELF-LEARNING

You are the responsible person to set up your goals and decide the best ways to get there with the help of our community.

Your commitment

The current cycle will run from March to June 2022

Each reflection group has a cycle of 3-4 months. During the cycle, everyone commits to attending online group calls (1,5 to 3 hours in total per month, depending on how often your group meets).

We also expect you to dedicate at least 2 hours per month working on your own goals, that you chose at the beginning of the cycle, and at the beginning of each month. If you want, you can also engage in deeper peer to peer learning (1-2h call per month with one other participant).
