We offer out-of-the-box learning experiences that combine one or more of the following elements:
We believe that everybody can be a changemaker, and we are passionate about helping people figure out their unique way of changing the world.
We seek to create inclusive programs and to equip participants with competencies to understand and bridge differences.
Our learning facilitation methodology, which allows each participant to pursue their own learning goals in community with others, is a key element of our programs. We also pass on the methodology in some of our programs.
We enable people to learn with and from each other, creating mutual accountability and support.
We combine the best of offline and online learning and deliver programs that rethink hybrid approaches.
During many of our programs, our participants implement projects in their own community accordingto their own interests and possibilities.
The NOW Journey was a 6-month non-formal education program that, in each edition, brought together 30 young people from diverse backgrounds to learn from and with each other to become active citizens and create social change projects in their local communities.
Ongoing
The Facilitathon is an intense development program for experienced facilitators based on peer-to-peer learning. Past editions have brought together facilitators from diverse areas and different parts of Europe and beyond.
With Rumo we set out to create a hybrid learning program that increases young people’s mental health and helps them develop social and emotional competencies needed for healthy relationships and mindful living.
